This app is for education only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations, and it must never be used to make clinical decisions.
1. Educational Use Only
This App provides educational content only—NOT medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. AI technology has limitations and may generate inaccurate information. Users must independently verify all content and rely solely on their professional training and judgment for patient care decisions.
2. User Responsibilities
By using this App, you agree to:
- Use only as a supplementary educational tool
- Never rely on App content for clinical decisions
- Independently verify all information before any application
- Accept sole responsibility for patient care and safety
- Never input patient-identifying information (names, MRNs, dates of birth, dates of service, or any other identifier) — any clinical details entered must be de-identified
3. No Professional Relationship
This App creates no provider-patient, consultant-client, or professional service relationship. It is not designed to handle confidential medical information.
4. Disclaimers & Limitations
WARRANTIES: The App is provided “AS IS” without any warranties. We disclaim all warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, security, or uninterrupted operation.
LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, we are NOT LIABLE for any damages including medical errors, patient harm, data loss, or system failures. Our total liability is limited to the lesser of amounts paid for the App in the prior 12 months or $500.
5. User Requirements
This App is for licensed healthcare professionals, medical students, or healthcare trainees over age 18 only.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
- Input patient-identifying information (names, MRNs, dates of birth, or other identifiers)
- Use for unlawful purposes or emergency situations
- Reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access
- Violate professional codes or applicable laws
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the App, including medical decisions based on App content.
8. Dispute Resolution
MANDATORY ARBITRATION: All disputes must be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Mississippi under AAA rules. You waive rights to jury trial and class actions.
TIME LIMIT: All claims must be brought within ONE YEAR.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Mississippi law. Courts in Mississippi have exclusive jurisdiction if arbitration is unenforceable.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations. Upon termination, liability and dispute resolution provisions survive.
11. Updates
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
Subscriptions and billing
Anesthesia Intelligence is free to download and offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings — we cannot cancel a store subscription on your behalf.
