How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the store you purchased from, not by us. On iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling during the free trial means you're never charged.
Can I enter patient information?
No. Never enter names, MRNs, dates of birth, dates of service or any other identifier. The app is not designed to handle protected health information. Any clinical details you type must be fully de-identified. See the Privacy Policy.
