No patient information, ever. This app is not designed to receive protected health information. Do not enter names, MRNs, dates of birth, dates of service, or any other patient identifier. Clinical details you type must be fully de-identified.
Information We Collect
Usage Data: Anonymous app analytics, crash reports, performance metrics.
AI Interactions: Temporary processing of inputs/outputs (no PHI or personal data stored).
Prohibited: We do NOT collect and you must NOT input patient-identifying information (names, MRNs, dates of birth, or other identifiers). Any clinical details entered (e.g., age, weight, labs) must be de-identified.
How We Use Information

- We do NOT sell or monetize your information
- We may use secure third-party services (analytics, cloud infrastructure) with contractual privacy protections

- Usage data retained 12-24 months maximum
- AI interaction data automatically purged within 30 days
- We will notify users of material security breaches within 72 hours

- Delete the App to remove locally stored data

Children's Privacy
This App is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors and will delete any such information immediately upon discovery.
