Accessibility Statement
What web accessibility means
An accessible site lets visitors with disabilities browse with the same ease as everyone else — through the capabilities of the device it runs on and through assistive technologies such as screen readers, magnifiers, and keyboard or switch navigation.
This website
This site has been built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Specifically, we have:
- Declared the language of the site and used a logical content order on every page
- Used semantic HTML landmarks and a clear, sequential heading structure
- Provided a “skip to main content” link as the first focusable element
- Made every control — navigation, accordions, and the contact form — fully operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator
- Given meaningful images alternative text, and marked decorative images so screen readers skip them
- Chosen text and background color combinations that meet the required contrast ratios, and avoided using color alone to convey meaning
- Honored the operating system's “reduce motion” setting, and kept animation minimal and non-essential throughout
- Used relative units so the page reflows without loss of content when text is enlarged to 200%
- Labelled every form field, marked required fields in text as well as symbol, and announced submission results to assistive technology
We test with VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, with keyboard-only navigation, and at increased zoom levels. Accessibility is not a one-time exercise, and we keep reviewing the site as it changes.
The mobile apps
The iOS and Android apps are built against the platform accessibility APIs and are checked against our internal accessibility testing guide before each release. That includes:
- VoiceOver and TalkBack — interactive elements carry descriptive labels and hints
- Dynamic Type — text scales with your system text-size setting
- Motor accessibility — Switch Control and Voice Control navigation, with adequate touch target sizes
- Reduce Motion — transitions respect the system setting
Color contrast in a small number of app screens is still being improved, and it is an active area of work.
Limitations
Some parts of the experience depend on services we do not control — the Apple App Store and Google Play listings, and the payment flows those stores present. Their accessibility is governed by Apple and Google respectively.
